Refund policy

While we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items, we do think you should be happy with your purchase. If for some reason this is not the case, please contact us - hi@forestandflour.com and we will make things right for you.

Please keep in mind that we make everything by hand, and since we are human, mistakes may sometimes happen (maybe we missed a cup of coconut milk so your food tasted off). So DO let us know and we will correct it for you!

We understand that plans change, if you need to cancel an order please make sure to do so as far in advance as possible. Custom cakes are a multi day process and once a custom order has been baked only a partial refund will be possible.
