Learn simple basics of making gluten free baguettes and go home with a fresh loaf as well as a “poolish” that you can use for further exploration.

The workshop will be held on Thursday, January 22nd, 2025 at 5:45-8 pm.

We will explore how to make the dough, shape the bread, and we will also eat it 🥖 This is an interactive and hands-on workshop so bring your questions!

You can attend this workshop in person at Forest & Flour or see the other listing to join virtually! 

We will be offering scholarship and sliding scale as well so please reach out if you're interested in taking this class but not able to pay the full price at this time.  If you're able to donate toward supporting a scholarship student there is a donation option to add to your purchase as well.
