Learn simple basics of making gluten free baguettes and go home with a fresh loaf as well as a “poolish” that you can use for further exploration.
The workshop will be held on January 31, 2025 at 5:15-8 pm.
We will explore how to make the dough, shape the bread, and we will also eat it 🥖 This is an interactive and hands-on workshop so bring your questions!
